High Speed Mixing Granulator

Working Principles

Our GHL series high speed mixing granulator is horizontal type. It uses stirring blade to fully mix powdery materials and adhesive solution inside the cylindrical vessel. After that, the ready mixed materials will be cut into uniform granules by high-speed crusher.

Applications

The GHL series high speed mixing granulator is suitable to make tables, capsules and other granule products in food, chemical, plastics, and cosmetics industries.

1. Our GHL series high speed mixing granulator is equipped with air filled seal drive shaft.

2. It has short drying time.

3. Compared with traditional technology, our GHL series high speed mixing granulator consumes fewer adhesive.

4. Its spherical granules have good fluidity.

5. The working efficiency of GHL series high speed mixing granulator is 4-5 times higher than that of traditional granulator. The mixing time is two minutes, and granulation time is 1-4 minutes.

6. It meets the requirements of GMP, and can finish the processes of dry mixing, wet drying and granulation in the same container.
