Application Scope

The SYH series of the three dimensional mixer can uniformly mix the highly flowable powder and granular materials to achieve optimum mixture. Hence, it is now widely used in the pharmaceutical, chemical, food, metallurgy industries and certain research institutions, etc. 

Features

1. As the mixing drum moves in multiple directions, there are many mixing points inside the barrel. This enables the three dimensional mixer to have high quality mixing, with the uniformity up to 99.9%.

2. With the largest loading coefficient of 0.9 compared to 0.4-0.6 of the traditional mixers, this three dimensional mixer has high efficiency and short mixing time. 

3. The mixing drum is uniquely designed, with the inner wall finely polished, no dead spot and no pollution to the materials. 

4. The mixer boasts convenient discharging, easy cleansing, and simple operation.
