The product shown in the picture is our double screw cone blender. The double screw cone blender has wide adaptability. It brings no overheat for the thermosensitive substance, no pressure feeding or grinding of the granular materials, and no separation of materials that have vast difference in specific gravity and sizes. Also, the blender is suitable for mixing fine grain, coarse grain, ultra fine powder, fiber and sheet materials, etc.

Features

1. For the double screw cone blender, the part having direct contact with materials is made of stainless steel for sanitation and GMP compliance. 

2. The rotary motion of the double screw cone blender is done by the motor and cycloidal reducer. The blender adopts asymmetric mixing with double screws for thorough stirring and high speed, which is especially suitable for mixing materials that have vast variation in specific gravity and proportion.
