Round Vibrating Screen

Our ZS series vibrating screen is mainly composed of a feed hopper, a vibrating chamber, a connecting shaft, and a motor. In the vibrating chamber, there are eccentric wheel, rubber soft parts, main shaft, bearing, and so on. Driven by the motor, the adjustable eccentric hammer can drive to the central line of the main shaft, and produce centrifugal force which makes materials form vortex in the sieve. According to different materials and sieves, the hammer's amplitude can be adjusted.

The round vibrating screen is compact in structure and small in size. It is energy-saving and has low noise. With a close-type structure, this sifter has no flying dust and it can be moved conveniently. In addition, this sifting machine is suitable for flow production. Hence, our round vibrating screen is an ideal machine for the screening and continuous discharging of the materials that has different sized particles
