Working Principle

The feed hopper sends materials into the grinding chamber. With the impact from the blade cutting edge and the knife holder, rotary knife and the fixed knife simultaneously cut and smash materials. The crushed materials automatically discharge from the outlet, under the effect of the rotating centrifugal force.

Application

Our CSJ series rough grinding machine is designed to smash hard and solid materials like plastics, copper wires, Chinese medicinal herb, and rubber. It finds a wide application in pharmacy, chemical, metallurgy, food, and construction industries, etc. In addition, our rough pulverizer could also be matched with microparticle pulverizer and supermicro pulverizer for the pretreatment before processing.
